I have only been with this surgery for about 14 months after being a patient at my previous surgery since birth. I'm 53. I changed surgeries after an upsetting experience with the receptionist asking me seveal times if I was requesting the medication the hospital had given me for erosions in my stomach. My daughter highly recommended this surgery explaining that I wouldn't get that type of treatment here. How right she was! The girls on reception are pleasant and very friendly and this creates a relaxing atmosphere in the waiting room. The GP I see is clearly passionate about the care he gives to patients and does not make you feel you are taking up his time. All the staff I have met at the surgery are approachable and nothing seems too much trouble. I know my daughter would not take her children anywhere else as she has complete faith in the doctors, nurses and the rest of the team here. After just a couple of visits, I feel the same way too.

I recently had a change of strength on one of my recurring prescriptions and had be given an appointment for a review in one month. I attended the appointment with my wife(we always sit in on the others appointments so we both are aware of what is happening). The doctor reviewed my meds and we discussed how the new dosage was working for me as well as my up coming Left Hip replacement surgery. He was warm and friendly and we always discuss the options of treatment and the variuous side effects of those treatments. We are always warmly greeted when coming into the surgery and they always ask if there is anything else we need and then good bye when we leave. One of the best GP's I have dealt with in the UK. Dr Mohile is always ready to discuss symptoms and treatments and presents us with options as well as explaining things if there is a lack of understanding on either of our parts.

I am very happy with the service at the centre. The only problem is length of time getting an appointment with a doctor. I appreciate i ask for a certain doctor. The girls are always polite and happy. Super service Dr Mohile is kind and considerate always makes time to listen. He is an extremely good doctor. Sent from my iPhone

I have been with the surgery for 50 years and have always been very pleased with the care and service that all members of staff have provided. I have always felt that a very personal approach is used and never have I been considered as just a number. This has been the case from the start when I registered with Dictor V Mohile. His son and partners have obviously taken a leaf from his book. I can't thank this surgery enough for the care myself and my family have received.

It is a joke to get an appointed l needed a form for blood test receptionist said I need to see Doctor after trying for a week I had enough. Then was told she can request it for me so no need to see him sometimes I think the receptionist think they are doctors
